1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Shuriken Devs, operating the website shurikendevs.com (the “Controller”, “we”).

2. What data we process

• Phone number — entered in the contact form;
• Correspondence — when you message us on Telegram, Instagram or by email;
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, date and time of the visit (server logs and, if you consent to statistics, your approximate country based on IP);
• Cookies — described in section 8.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your request and preparing an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request);
• Performing a contract, if we sign one — Art. 6(1)(b);
• Security and operation of the website (server logs) — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest);
• Visit statistics — Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent);
• Ad performance measurement (Google Ads, Meta) — Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent);
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f).

Providing your phone number is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to a form request. We do not make automated decisions or profile you in a way that has legal effects.

4. Recipients

• Hosting provider — the server running the website;
• Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC) — a private bot notifies us of new requests and, if you consent to statistics, of visits;
• ipwho.is — approximate country lookup based on IP (only with statistics consent);
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Ads / Google Analytics (only with your consent);
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel (only with your consent, if used).

We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Telegram may process data outside the European Economic Area (including the UAE). Form data is transferred to the extent necessary to take steps at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Google and Meta may transfer data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

• Requests — up to 12 months from the last contact or, if we sign a contract, for its duration and until claims become time-barred and tax retention periods expire;
• Server logs and visit statistics — up to 12 months;
• Cookies — see the table in section 8.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

8. Cookies

We store non-essential cookies only after you consent in the banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button below or in the website footer.

We may update this policy, e.g. when laws or our services change. The current version is always available on this page. The Polish version is legally binding.
